  • I got my book recently also and am loving it. I probably own every book that has been published about Atkins Diet and love how continuing research proves how on target he was. The only time I have a problem with weight gain is when I don't follow his wisdom. This book just brings everything even more up to date.
    I'd definitely recommend this book to anyone who is familiar with the basic tenets of Atkins ( Lose Weight) but wants tangible ideas on how to put it into practice. I'm excited to keep going.

This book puts the diet in phases, which is very helpful, and guides you through issues that may come up along the way. The goal is to get your body to burn stored fat and this book very methodically tells you how that will happen.
